A whole lot of sleeping going on!

So Sunday was one of those days. I was getting ready for dinner. Anthony sat on the back of the couch and was talking to me in the kitchen I turned around and he was asleep.
Then I looked in the front room and there was Branden trying out his new quilt that I made on the couch. Why don't they fall asleep like this when I am not busy doing something so I can take a Sunday nap as well.

So this is Saturday night SHOOTING BATH NIGHT as my boys call it. Well Choncho decided that he wanted in and started swimming around. He was not a bad swimmer. But now what hurry get the kids out or drain the bath and start over so that they don't smell like wet dog! GROSS!!!OH Choncho always in the middle of everything. Don't fold these clothes puppy look.

GOOD MORNING / GOOD NIGHT
This was tonight Big Daddy just got up for the day (graves) just in time for the bed time story The Wolf and the Seven Little Kids.

Don't Ya just love seeing your husband with his eyes closed and earplugs. While you try to keep two very active boys and a dog quiet. Just to have him wake up and it is time for work for him and sleep for me! Now that is MESSED UP!! I will tuck you in if you tuck me in sweetie. Dad and Mom I have to hand it to you doing this schedule FOREVER! At least there was someone home for us at all times. Thanks for all you did for me growing up! And Lynda if you are reading this kudos to you as well for all the many years you worked graves and took care of a house full!!

The funny things

So after I had little Anthony, a man from my Mom's work, Wife's Mom made these cute matching sweaters for my boys. They are the ones that you zip up the back all the way up to the hat. Darling! I cant find the picture of when they were wearing them as little men but so here goes the story.

Branden came running out of his room wearing the sweater and he had it on of course backwards with the hat in the front and I looked at him and laughed and he said "Funny Jacket huh" I said it is on backwards and it zips in the back. He went searching for the tag. I said " It does not have a tag it was hand made" He said "Oh "and we got it on the right way. Then he came to me and said this Mom did Grandma Nittle this for me? I could not stop laughing and I told him who had knit this for him when he was little. It is great that this sweater stretches now that he is 6 and not 2.

Some Crafts

I learned a new craft punch needle. It is so fun! This is the finished first project. I think it turned out pretty good for my first try. This is it up close. I did the punch needle part home sweet home then I stitched it on a pillow and added the beads as I stitched .
My mom sent me a rug to punch needle and so I am excited to start that project. Thanks Mom!

This is another school project for Branden!
Snow Man

We had fun gluing glittering and cutting.
We made it for his class to hang on the door or wall of the class room. They sent it home as a family project.

Branden & Baby Jack Jack!

I was tagged and this is my first tag. I go to my pictures and in the fourth folder and fourth picture. This is Branden and Baby Jackson Shawn Thomas. Branden was so excited to hold the new baby he just held him so still and looked at his cute little face and then kissed his little head. This is the oldest and youngest of the grand kids on the Thomas side. Not for long! Annette is having a baby boy.
We had a wonderful time being able to visit with Jackson for a couple of months while we were staying in Utah while Marcus was away. Jackson is growing up so fast and so darn cute he always has a smile!
I feel the blessings of our Heavenly Father when I look at his special face. Just the longing of My Brother Shawn and Sister in Law Pam wanting to have a baby and the long wait and many medical procedures they went through to get little Jack Jack here. You can really see the hand of God in his coming to earth to gain a body and especially such a LOVING MOTHER AND FATHER! to watch over this special gift!
Little Jackson is healthy and a perfect little man! I love him so much and Miss Him!
What a cute little nephew! You are growing so fast! Love you- Aunt EM

I tag: Amy, Jill, Lydia & Angela
good luck girls!

We moved to Georgia knowing not a single sole and staying in a hotel for 2 weeks and so we were able to help them out and give them the ropes of what is the best to do! Also we were glad because they had 5 suitcases and a stroller and so all of their stuff would of not fit in the car.
